Sabetha High School Mission, Vision, and Values
Mission Statement- Sabetha High School will provide the opportunity and assistance for all students to develop their full potential and become productive members of society.
Our vision is to create a school where students and teachers experience success, learn to take responsibility for learning and develop character.
We want Sabetha High School to be a great place for students and teachers.
We are going to work to achieve the following goals five years from now. We would like to see an increase in meaningful relationships between students and adults, more parental support, more community involvement in student learning & increased student involvement in activities.
Ethical practices, modeling ethical/appropriate behavior, recognizing that each staff member is a part of the whole, safe environment.
Practice what we preach-model behaviors we expect from students, follow building-wide policies & procedures.
Confront disagreement- keep each other accountable, caring for students, fair treatment.
Consistency, model behavior, etc. Taboo behaviors include - back stabbing, negative attitude, undercutting someone else's efforts, lack of communication.
Agreements shared: importance of an enjoyable atmosphere & need for structure.
